Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be concerned with improving and growing our business, by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partners. You may work to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
  • Three to five years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
