Account Manager

Account Manager responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, management, account management, or similar role
  • Proficient with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage more than one client account
